WE RESPECT YOUR FAMILY'S PRIVACY

American Heroes Challenges puts our privacy policy in plain English because we strongly believe in our customers’ digital privacy.

Surveillance capitalism is a threat to our representative democracy. This practice, in which digital companies track your behavior, build profiles on you and sell that data to third companies, is a gross violation of the spirt of the Constitution.

Liberty of conscience and freedom of thought, the foundation to freedom of expression, cannot exist without privacy.

Consequently, we collect as little information as we can about our audience.

We only collect information that you may explicitly allow us to keep. For example, if you email us, we will keep a record of that email and we will add you to our email list.

We do not, however, track you or attempt to personally identify you from either our own or third party sources. And we certainly do not share our information with third parties.

We believe strongly that Americans have a right to their privacy and that your digital information is your own.

Generally speaking, we believe strongly that Americans have a right to their privacy and that your digital information is your own.

The legalese is below but please email me with any questions.

Some web browsers may transmit “do-not-track” signals to the websites with which the user communicates. Because of differences in how web browsers incorporate and activate this feature, it is not always clear whether users intend for these signals to be transmitted, or whether they even are aware of them. Because there currently is no industry standard concerning what, if anything, websites should do when they receive such signals, we currently do not take action in response to these signals. If and when a final standard is established and accepted, we will reassess how to respond to these signals.
